Tracking your order:
You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message with your tracking information. To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page. Wrong address disclaimer:
The buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We process orders as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner. There is a 3 hour window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at contact@teddysocks.co if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Lost/Stolen Packages
Teddy Socks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page.
